Friday, May 31 - Got Sleep? Learn in 90 minutes how to help your baby sleep through the night.

Sleep becomes the most craved and important need for parents. Parents long for and desire how to help their babies learn to sleep through the night. Sleep is a hot button topic with a plethora of over whelming information in books, blogs, and online resources. Parents feel anxious with not knowing "the right" way to help their babies sleep better and longer. This class will teach you to address the two main issues that prevent babies, who are at least 6 months old, from sleeping through the night:

Reducing the caloric intake at night to shift those nutritional calories to the daytime
Detaching the assumption from babies that when they wake up they need milk to go back to sleep.
