Banana Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 medium very ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions:
- Combine bananas, eggs, sugar and butter then add blueberries and vanilla
- In separate bowl combine: flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt
- Add flour mixture to banana mixture - Mix until well blended
- Pour into greased muffin tins or line tins with paper liners
- Bake at 350 degrees for 22-24 minutes
- Take out and let cool
