Banana Blueberry Muffins for Your Family

Whether you're looking for a quick breakfast, an after school snack or a pick-me-up between practices and lessons, these Banana Blueberry Muffins will quickly become a go-to recipe for your family.

Banana Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:
  • 2 medium very ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions:
  1. Combine bananas, eggs, sugar and butter then add blueberries and vanilla
  2. In separate bowl combine: flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt
  3. Add flour mixture to banana mixture - Mix until well blended
  4. Pour into greased muffin tins or line tins with paper liners
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 22-24 minutes
  6. Take out and let cool
They are ready to eat and enjoy!

Macaroni Tip:  Make an extra batch and freeze for a grab and go option later!
