- Scarf: Washi tape or ribbon - if using washi tape, glue isn’t needed
- Eyes: Eye stickers, dot stickers, googly eyes, or a black permanent marker
- Mouth: Black permanent marker or black dot stickers
- Buttons: Small dot stickers, permanent marker, or small buttons - use a glue gun if needed
- Carrot Nose: Orange tape or stickers cut into triangles, or an orange permanent marker

How to Make Snowman Popcorn Cups
- Scarf: Cut ribbon to fit around the bottom of the cup, leaving extra length to tie a knot. Add a dab of glue to secure it. For an alternative, use washi tape.
