Craving a sweet, healthy treat for your family to enjoy that takes just minutes? This peach dessert will be your summer go-to! It’s so simple, even busy families can whip it up fast, using fresh peaches for a naturally delicious family favorite.

We love peaches just as nature intended - juicy, sweet and kid-approved, but it is nice to do something a little different now and then. It is also nice to be able to use fresh fruit for a sweet summer dessert.

The reality is - as I am sure you can relate - I am busy, so I would rather not spend hours making a cobbler or pie. And who needs all the sugar anyway, right? So I was happy as pie - pun intended, when a friend passed on this super easy peach dessert recipe that has been a favorite in her family for generations. It is fast and delicious - a perfect combo for busy families looking for a sweet treat.

The Easiest Peach Dessert Recipe Ever

Microwave Method - Ready in 1 Minute

  1. Slice peach in half, remove the pit, and place peach in a microwaveable bowl.
  2. Sprinkle peach halves with cinnamon.
  3. Pour some milk over peaches.
  4. Microwave for about 1 minute.

ο»ΏOven Method - For a Cozier, Baked Option

For a warm, caramelized twist when you have a bit more time:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice a peach in half, remove the pit, and place the halves in an oven-safe dish.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with a small amount of milk.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the peaches are tender and juicy.

πŸ˜‹ Macaroni Tip: For an extra yummy treat top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream or both

Enjoy! Serve warm for a delightful treat kids and parents will love.
