These No-Bake Peanut Butter, Oatmeal and Chocolate Chip Energy Balls are the answer! Plus they are quick and easy to make, I made a batch of 20 balls in about 10 minutes.
They are a perfect no-bake summer snack. Have them pre-made and ready to go for at home snacking or take them on the go, they're great for lunch boxes as well.

No-Bake Peanut Butter, Oatmeal and Chocolate Chip Energy Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or other nut butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Optional: Flax seed, hemp seeds, seeds or nuts
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix until well-combined.
- Roll mixture into 1 to 2 inch sized balls and place on a plate or baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm them up.
- Watch them disappear!
Store these in a sealed container in the refrigerator - if you have any left over.
