Father's Day is Sunday, June 21 and here are some easy breakfast that kids can help make to celebrate their dads and say "I love you."
Heart-Shaped Scrambled Eggs and Toast
Serves 2
What you need:
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of bread
- Heart-shaped sprinkles
Directions:
- Scramble the eggs in a pan over medium heat. (I let them cook, then flip omelet style so they're flat).
- Lightly toast and butter the bread, then cut into a heart shape by cutting the bottom corners off at an angle. Set aside.
- When the eggs are done, remove from the stove and cut four hearts out with the cookie cutter.
- Plate the eggs and toast and serve with a few heart-shaped sprinkles for a cute pop of color!
