Our services support: After School Care & Mentorship Programs Crisis Counseling School Day Mental Health & Wellness Services Essential Supply Distribution Whole Person Trauma Informed Case Management including: -Public systems navigational support -Unmet needs assessment + long-term recovery planning -Housing stabilization assistance -Social support services We offer an incredible summer program offering a fun, safe, and creative environment for children to thrive.
