Description
Kids come to the Leonis Adobe Museum every Tuesday for the Lil’ Ranchers Summer Program. Feed sheep and goats, go on scavenger hunts, make crafts with our museum guides, enjoy live music with Craig Newton, hear stories in our 1880s adobe house, and partake in various other rancho-themed activities such as learning to throw a lasso like a real Vaquero!
Every week has a new theme with different crafts and activities for the whole family to enjoy:
- July 9 - Week 1: Welcome to the Rancho
- July 16 - Week 2: Jobs on the Rancho
- July 23 - Week 3: Animals on the Rancho
- July 30 - Week 4: Mealtime on the Rancho
- August 6 - Week 5: Fiesta on the Rancho
