Join FIT4MOM Stroller Strides every Wednesday at The Lakes in the Lawn area! This 45-minute, total-body workout is designed for moms of all fitness levels, with modifications for pregnant, postpartum, and nursing moms, plus higher-intensity options for an extra challenge.
Kids stay comfy in their strollers while moms enjoy a mix of cardio, strength, and core exercises led by expert instructors.
After your workout, stick around for Kids Club on the Lawn at 10 AM—perfect for continuing the fun with your little ones!🚶♀️👶

Classes meet on the lawn area by the playground near the Lake — don’t forget to bring water, a yoga mat, and your stroller!
