Show your independent spirit with this fun craft. This 4th of July crown is easy to make and really inexpensive! Use items you have around the house or pick up at your local discount / dollar store. They is fun craft kids of any age will enjoy.
4th of July Crown
Supplies you'll need:
- 4th of July table décor or wreath-style decoration - find at a dollar store
- Ribbon
- Scissors

Instructions:
- Curl the ribbon - I used red, white, blue, and silver.
- Use your scissors to cut off any parts of the decoration besides the ring. Our star was metal with garland wrapped around it and metal is difficult to cut without strong scissors. I used gardening scissors. Be sure to remove all sharp edges after cutting since your child will be wearing this.
- Tie the ribbon curls to the star.
- Wear your crown.
